At Avirra Jewels, we want you to love every piece you purchase from us.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, we are happy to assist you with an exchange or refund.


Eligibility for Refund / Exchange

You can request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged or broken on arrival

  • You received the wrong product

  • The item is defective

  • You received a missing item

We do NOT accept return/refund in these cases:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size/design chosen by customer

  • Product damaged due to misuse

  • Normal wear & tear

  • Gold-filled jewellery losing shine due to chemicals, perfumes, water, or sweat exposure

  • Sale/discounted items


📦 Return Conditions

For a return or exchange to be approved:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • All tags, cards, freebies must be returned

  • A clear unboxing video is required for damage claims

  • Return shipping instructions will be shared after approval

💳 Refund Method

Once your return is approved and inspected:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method, or

  • You may choose Store Credit or Exchange
