At AVIRRA Jewels, we are committed to providing high-quality gold-filled jewelry and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and fair return and refund policy.

7-Day Easy Return

Customers may request a return within 24 Hours of delivery if:

• The product is damaged during delivery
• The wrong item is delivered
• There is a manufacturing defect

The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Real Gold Value Refund

AVIRRA jewelry contains an actual percentage of real gold bonded in the gold-filled layer.

In case of long-term return or metal value evaluation, the gold content can be assessed based on the declared gold percentage, and the refund will be calculated according to the prevailing gold rate and actual recoverable gold value.

This provides customers with added value and transparency, unlike ordinary fashion jewelry.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The jewelry shows signs of use or damage by the customer
• The product is returned without original packaging
• The return request is made after 7 days of delivery

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

Refund Timeline

• Return request approval: 24–48 hours
• Product pickup/return: 3–5 days
• Refund processing: 5–7 business days (After receiving return)
