At Avirra Jewels, we stand behind the quality of our gold-filled jewellery and want you to have a smooth, worry-free shopping experience.
Please read our warranty terms carefully.


🔹 1. Warranty Coverage

Avirra Jewels offers a 2-day limited warranty from the date of delivery on:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Broken clasp/hooks

  • Stone popping out due to loose fitting

  • Missing/loose parts on arrival

This warranty ensures that you receive products in perfect condition.


🔹 2. What is NOT Covered

Our warranty does NOT apply to:

  • Damage caused by perfumes, water, sweat, chemicals

  • Fading or discoloration due to moisture or improper storage

  • Accidental breakage, mishandling, or scratches

  • Damage due to normal wear and tear

  • Colour changes caused by body acidity or humidity

  • Lost items

  • Items purchased during sale/discounts

Gold-filled jewellery needs proper care. Improper use voids the warranty.


🔹 3. Warranty Claim Requirements

To approve a warranty claim, you must provide:

  1. Mandatory unboxing video (from start to end, without cuts)

  2. Clear images/videos of the defect

  3. Order ID & customer details

  4. Proof of purchase

Without proper unboxing proof, the claim may be rejected.


🔹 4. Warranty Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following based on the issue:

  • Repair (if possible)

  • Replacement of the same item

  • Store credit of the product value

  • Refund (only if replacement is unavailable)

Warranty processing time: 3–7 business days


🔹 5. Shipping Charges for Warranty Claims

  • If the defect is genuine → Free return pickup

  • If the defect is due to misuse/chemical exposure → Customer pays return shipping

  • Avirra Jewels reserves the right to approve or deny warranty claims based on evidence.
